As we have closely monitored the COVID-19 (coronavirus) that is affecting our world, and now our state, we have made the following decisions:

All weekday events are canceled.

We will keep you posted for how long but as of now we are taking this week by week.
Sunday worship is not canceled but will be available via livestream only. We are excited to announce that we will be partnering with Cross Culture Church to livestream service at 10:30am on Sunday. We pray you are equipped and encouraged as we walk through this unique time together.

Through this time of uncertainty, we as a church will hold fast to 2 Timothy 1:7, as it tells us, “ for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” The decision we have made for our ministries at Mosaic does not come from a place of fear, but rather from prayerful consideration to make the wisest choice as we care for our church family.

As we go through this together, here are a few things to note:

What you can do:

• Stay home and watch studies from Right Now Media or listen to past sermons here:

• Continue to give! While our meeting are virtual, we will still be providing financially for our ministries, obligations, support of missions, etc. We encourage you to continue giving your tithes and offerings for the work of the Lord as we have prepared various ways for your to give.
• Give securely on website at
• Mail your offering to the church at 2031 W. Club Blvd., Durham, NC 27705
•  Text giving: Text MOSAICCHURCH TITHE to 73256 to give using your text messaging. Standard text message rates do apply.
•  Drop off your offering: located on the door of the fellowship hall, we have blank envelopes and blank giving envelopes at the church’s mailbox. Place your offering inside a giving envelope and place that envelope inside the larger blank one. Lastly, push your offering through the mail slot i the door for it to land inside a basket that we will regularly check.

• If you have recently traveled or been exposed to anyone with the coronavirus, the flu, or any other contagious condition please follow the recommendations from the CDC.

•  Be praying, church family!  Pray for those affected and the medical professionals as they provide care, and for our government officials as they make decisions.

And as Philippians 4:6–7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
